You may not place an order through this Website unless you agree to be bound by our Terms, our Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) and our Privacy Policy.

  1. This Website is operated by Burrow Interiors Pty Ltd (“Burrow”). All content that you see here is owned by or licensed to us (unless stated otherwise). It is not for commercial use, and unless we specifically agree, you cannot copy, distribute, publish or alter the Website content in any way.

  2. Within the Website, you may find links or references to third party materials and websites outside www.burrow.com.au. We do not endorse, authorise, or control those websites and therefore accept no liability in respect of the content or your use of those websites.

We do not accept any liability arising out of reliance on the materials on our Website. Any articles and materials displayed on our Website are provided for information only and are not a substitute for qualified veterinary advice or pet caring advice. We recommend that you obtain specific advice in connection with any particular query which you may have concerning your pet.

Nothing contained on the Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Website without written permission from Burrow or such third party that may own the trademarks displayed on the Website. 
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Burrow and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website. You may, however, download material that is required for the sole purpose of assisting you in placing an order. Such downloaded material may not be used for any purpose. 
You may not create any links to our Website or upload images of our product from our Website to another commercial platform without our express written consent.


Order Confirmation
We are legally obliged to send you an email to confirm that your order has been received and you may wish to print or save it for your future reference. The order confirmation email will include details of goods and your chosen delivery address. It us up to you to check that these details are correct and inform us if any details need to be changed. Burrow takes no responsibility for incorrect information following the confirmation of your order. 
A second email will be sent to let you know when your order has been processed by us and another when it has been dispatched. All orders for Goods are deemed accepted when you receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. 
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order Number and we will do our best to rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Price and Payment 
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($) and include GST unless elected otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. 
All Goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time up until your order has been confirmed via e-mail. 
We endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on our Website www.burrow.com.au are accurate, however, in the event of a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to change any price of goods after you place an order. Should this happen, we will inform you before we process your order to allow you the opportunity to cancel. Please note, the correct price will always appear on the email we send you one we have processed your order. 
Where Goods are discontinued or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you of this and to suggest an alternative item similar to the one ordered. Where this is part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available Goods to you in the normal manner and will contact you regarding the remaining goods. 
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars. 
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Refund and Return Policy
Burrow will exchange any item for another item of equal value, issue a credit note valid for 12 months from your original purchase date or refund the full purchase price (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days of delivery should you not be happy with your purchase. The cost incurred for returning goods shall be at the customer’s personal expense. All goods must be returned to Burrow in an unused condition.
You may return any item within 30 days if it is defective. If the item is defective, Burrow will replace the item or if the item is unavailable for whatever reason, Burrow will refund in full the cost of the defective goods. 
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
To claim a refund, please return your item to Burrow with your original receipt and a brief explanation of the problem. Burrow will not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit or in use within reason.

Limited Liability
We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out our obligations within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to you for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to these terms and conditions, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. 
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we will not be liable to you for any economic loss, which term shall include loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings or any special, indirect or consequential loss in connection with the supply of the Goods. 
No part of these terms is intended to constitute an exclusion of any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on Burrow are excluded under these Terms and Conditions.


In the instance of an event beyond Burrow's authority or control, which prevents Burrow from complying with any of its obligations outlined in the Terms, including but not limited to: 

  1. act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods);

  2. war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilisation, requisition, or embargo;

  3. rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;

  4. contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or  other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;

  5. riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or

  6. acts or threats of terrorism


Burrow will not be considered in breach of these Terms or held to be liable for failing to perform its obligations under this agreement as long as the failure is triggered by something beyond its reasonable control. This clause does not excuse payment of monies due.


Users of this website agree to be bound by Australian and NSW Jurisdiction.
